The idea behind this sounds amazing. If it is possible to put this into action and only have the nexus secretary have access to it that would be spectacular.

open up a derma on command isnt the hard thing. But as Avgar said we will have to limit it. Otherwise v33x gets even more frame drops/higher pings/server crashes. I am also curious if it could crash a client on attempt to open it.

+Support, maybe keep warrant/arrest log on both servers for a week or so, you would have more conseguence from breaking the law. Also make it so you can search for warrant via name.
