You need a more powerful computer, since GMod currently only runs on a single core.
More powerful GFX card, SSDs instead of HDDs, more RAM, more powerful cores in the processor.

Okay, I made a suggestion.
In that case, GMod is unoptimised, and people putting down 30 props each, as well as player entities, vehicles, general entities, effects and such cause it to lag. Not much we can do about that.
The real question is: Why not post this in H&S, rather than a random news thread?

He still shouldn't lag and have 10 frames per second though. I am using a 7 year old HP. Granted I get really bad frames to begin with but he should not be. Its kinda the map to be honest here. v33 is way bigger and I get more frames there.
