I wasn't the one building, but I can ensure you that there wasn't RDM inside the Tides Hotel. I don't know about outside though, all the police officers stood there.

There was around 10 buttons + one keypad for the Bars so.

Those who died were either raiders, or people who kept coming back after being warned (This was like 1-2 players).
Also elder, you shouldn't talk at all. You were the one breaking FearRP a thousand times. You kept on finding a way to get in, and not exiting Tides Hotel which we told you to. You had 3+ weapons pointed at you, and still didn't leave.
