Right, I've managed to narrow things down in my query and find the tables of the 95 people affected by this in the 12 minute period. Now I have to manually restore each person's inventory/money to the closest possible revision to before the incident. It might take a bit of time, but thankfully I have coffee and Nacreas is being sent out to find some redheads.
