also I used my shotgun because as mentioned before you KILLED my partner so I had them for protection

every time you open the rules shows up EVERY SINGLE TIME and as i see from ur replays u havent read them yet he can come back after the 10 minutes again even as he was a new player who joined ur crew HE CAME BACK thats called revenge !!

I don't see why Fazic should have returned. He didn't state himself that he returned to raid again as a new member of your "crew". All that was mentioned by him/her was that revenge killing was allowed:
