These items have different probability rates and also availability differs between vehicles; you can currently steal from police cars, ambulances, and fire engines.

Finally! Now police officer have to FREAKING place the car in the GARAGE! I personally don't understand why we should add Ambulances to this. No one dares to steal from ambulances in real life either...? Or is it because I am Dutch?

In Northern Ireland It's not uncommon for an ambulance to get stuff stolen from. It happens quit a lot actually, SatNavs get stolen etc.
