Alrighty, sounds good (thank you for putting up with my interrogation).
And by 'realistic districts', I mean that the Careers (the Games equivalent of the popular kids) are always from District 1, 2 and 4.
Seeing as District 2 manufacture weapons and provide peacekeepers for the Capitol, most of the kids spend their whole lives training for the Games. Volunteering is an honour.
