Uh I used medium before and had car model glitches, and turned it to hihigh > Didn't really notice any didifference fps wise

I usually have it on low just to get the best FPS, but I am sure I could change it the times I play on the server.

I use high model settings, and the cars look very well. I never play on medium, so I can't really tell how it looks like at these settings.
