I say no. Anyone can go on a killing spree claiming "I'm a hitman, its allowed!" And sure of course it can go well, but in the end it will do more harm then good.

Unless it is absolutely perfectly pulled off with both parties being aware, an admin being notified and everything planned out, hitman RP is banned cause it can just be an excuse to mass rdm Even though you can just use the DarkRp style system .

I agree with Aviator here. If a few people have set this up among themselves and do not disturb any other RP's going on, with staff notification and perfect execution I don't see why not
