It's a relatively innocent hack script. It will spam passwords so source engine kicks you out of server for trying to hack the rcon password.

Will RP events happen? As Anticosti Island would be closed to pulic (I assume) and admins would be online? (Event server)

All servers are now back, as the issue has been resolved as far as I know. Meaning Anticosti Island will be going ahead as planned.
