This was a case where he had taken someone elses identity, Weecow.
There's a difference between making up your identity and taking someone elses. Identity theft is a crime in real life, and not something we want on our servers either.

He impersonated a real life person and took this persons name and etc. He was confronted regarding this. He did not get a ban but was told to make this thread to explain himself and that he'd lied to people about himself and who he was.
