If you have the Gmod Cars addon it sometimes causes this glitch. I used to have the same thing about a year and a half ago on this server.

I dont have the gmod cars addon, but i do have the gmod on wheels addon, which i removed. And the removing the TDMvolkwagon did not help with the golf gti
That is how the golf looks like for me
