3) You're in the position right now, because you're commenting on the court house sub-forum, strictly for the hands of the victim, the accused, the witness, and the staff. You're staff, not the victim, the accused, or the witness. If you weren't in the position you would be getting some hefty warnings for "posting without the sufficient right. +10"
Sorry if I seem rather agitated, however as you may assume... I'm really fucking agitated that a joke and a fuck up equal up to a permanent ban, despite my reputation in the community.

Granted half of those guys and girl hadn't done no harm, they were all taken back in a jiffy. I know for a fact Infernaw was promoted when she complained to Soul about the minges on V2P.
IIRC, Minors 18 (or 17, 16 w/e depending on country) and below cannot legally agree to contacts or terms of conditions without parental guidance over the web. You also must be 18 years of age or higher to legally acquire videogames without parental consent. Garry's Mod is also rated M, considering it is derived SPECIFICALLY from HL2, a M rated game by ESRB

Alright, here's the decision.
The advertising thing was clearly a joke and will be removed from your account. However, for a player of your reputation and experience to do anything related to Nazism is just plain unwise. You have too many hours and have invested too much time in the community to not know the repercussions for such an act. Therefore, your permanent ban will be revoked and will be replaced with a six month suspension.
