This is a bullshit rule, You dont even know the fucking people in reallife so its bullshit. This game was ruined with the stupid coding of dumbass rules. I could be playing the game and my connection could have been shared by a neighbor and i didnt know THEN i would get permabanned. Every house will be affected if you do this. This server has to be really dumb to think that will help. This makes me think of college discussions...
