I was online and Habbair killed me too.
Basically I spawned and walked out of the park where I spawned and a player in a suit shot at me until I died. Before I was killed I did not catch the name of the player but I did catch green writing, showing he was a citizen. After dying, I looked in the scoreboard and the only donator citizen (he must have been a donator because of his suit so anyone not a donator was ruled out) with any kills was [FL:RP] Habbair, sort of proving that he was the one who killed me.
I pm'ed him asking why he killed me and he replied "WAT?" and then "I didn't RDM you xD" and after I explained my evidence to him and asked him again why he killed me, he did not reply.

3 day ban and 12 hour weapons blacklist issued for both players.
