Because i didn't play any of the games... and like i said its a long time since last i played and then i just felt for playing again..

Gosh, he sold account, it's his own account, and he may do what ever he want with it. He said that he has no access to it, and even admitted that he has bans on his old account. That is not double accounting.
Although, I am not sure if items transfer is possible, you should contact super administrator.

Send a PM to Soul or the SA team so they can transfer the items and bans from one account to the other.
