I'm proud of my 1-ban 300 hour journey so far. But all you can do is just learn from them and really think before doing anything.

I permanent on your 10th - 13th depending on your record.
My policy of a proper player is usually 1 ban per 500 hours, or no bans the previous 500 hours.
