I just got another idea, if someone tells a Gundealer over pm they want 15 rifel ammo.
He can manufacter it in before hand and just give the breifcase with guns over when he gets the money? This will inprove the time you are just sitting and waiting.

The only problem I see with this is that it will be as useless as packaging(Lockers,boxes on the marketplace)which we have now.
