So if the administrator was "busy" it's not my business ... His duty is policing ... At last when he "wanted to become an administrator," he must have expected everything ... Listen ... I doubt changed the way thou mayst server because someone broke the rules ...

With that attitude, don't even think about getting your sentence reduced.
Appeal denied, rules were clearly broken.
