Fabricating is basically making something up, to make something sound worse than it actually is.

This reminder was issued (and bold red text was added) due to recent increase in people trying to lie and cheat their way out of a ban or to even settle personal grudges with other players. We have never accepted such behavior in the past, nor will this ever be tolerated in the future.
