People try and tell them but they think admins and players are mad at them so if you say "NEWGUY YOU CANT DOO TAHT! THATT AER NOT AXCEPTIBBLE!" they will most likely not listen, but if you PM them like "Hey man, just letting you know ___ isnt allowed" But this only works on the nice people lol
