5 RP Points and I agree, you have to understand that not everyone aquires them as fast as other people.
I tested the first boat and I love it
Haven't tried the second one yet though.
+Support if the Yacht is around 3,000,000 and the Jet Ski around the 1-1,500,000

I think to make this better, you should only be able to spawn it in water. The reason for this is because otherwise you would be seeing many players, randomly spawning boats into the road. I also think that in order to buy a boat, you should have to have 1 RP point, so it means that boats are a small item that you will receive, for doing good Role-play.
