I can vouch for this.
MyBrain and ElDiablo are were together.
Also, they had also metagamed, no evidence for this.
They gave nobody else a chance to become President, they both would switch bettween it.
MyBrain at one point even bragged about how much money he made.
Not exactly against the rules, I know..
