Actually, this was a genuine error on the server, it says the server is full, so they close the message and attempt to rejoin, I spoke with one of the spammers, they had no idea they were doing it.

The join/leave filter doesn't work for me, idk if anybody else has this problem.

The person probably didn't know he was spamming it, If I didn't know I would do the exact same thing, as said, the person did not know. He was trying to get in the server, who the hasn't spammed the join button like that, anyway?
He is probably wondering why the f*ck he is banned.
