It's not that simple. You pay for an account on minecraft. If you fill in randomshizzlerizzle, You'll be rejected

thats how it supposed to be, but he failed creating it, so type some random crap and you can play singleplayer, thats what im doing, aint paying 20 bucks for low grafik square game, got better things to spend my hard earned money on, like porn, or something like that

Whatever, Notch could be doing what more mainstream developers are doing atm (Like Activision) And release the game as it is now, charge 45 euros for it then release all the updates in DLC at 20 euros a pop.
I disagree with people who download games illegally, especially when it's from indie developers, the gaming industry is going to hell recently and pirating is only making it worse.
Plus, SMP is a lot better than singleplayer :3
