On second thoughts, there was that one time I was wearing large boots with hooks on them (since there was snow everywhere) and I was walking down a corridor when the hooks on one boot got caught on the lace of the other, causing me to spectacularly fly forward and land on my face, taking the fire extinguisher with me.
