If your wanting something to play decent games on do NOT buy a gaming laptop.
For the same price, you could buy a very good quality built computer, with all of the parts that you need, and it will run much faster than a gaming Laptop would.

Truth is that there are no good gaming laptops. The market's not fully developed for that yet.
Just join a computer building forum and make a parts list and build a desktop.
Gaming laptops are overrated and overpriced.
