IE. (Long range photos of mob extortion and murder.)
Hostage Situation.
IE. (Rebels doing a bank-robbery or just taking hostages - firefight.)
Riots in Evocity.
IE. (Citizens destroying the city, flipping cars. Destroying windows, making fires - Riot shield guys.)
President assassination.
IE. (A man with a sniper rifle aiming at the president from a distance and assassinating him.)
Ideas: Roof, Speech, SS.
