Well that is a pretty damn serious account of vandalism, assault and attempted murder in some cases.
You just have to look at the summer riots in London to see what is happening here.
Most of the people I know, going to a privileged school, don't tend to get up to much. But there is definitely a feeling, perhaps stereotypical in some cases, that adolescents are much more violent or partake in more vandalism then before.
