Okey Step by step..
1. Find your google image
2. Save it to your dekstop
3. Go to http://www.uploadffs.nl and choose local
4. Find your image and upload it
5. Scroll down until you find something named: BB code
6. Place the BB code in a thread and the image will pop up when you post the thread.

On Google Chrome.
1. Find your image.
2. Right click and select 'Open image in a new tab'.
3. Copy that URL that is present in this new tab.
4. In the post section, click the small Image icon (Left of the Icon that has a chain and the Earth) and paste the URL so it will look like this
[img]_URL_[/img]
You just need to find the URL of the base image, opening it in a new tab is how to do so in Chrome.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to do this elsewhere.

No, once you have clicked the image from Google, then right click it and select 'Open image in new tab'. Then paste THAT url.
i.e Googled 'Mathias' > Found a picture> Left clicked it > Right clicked and selected 'Open image in new tab' > Done as stated above and you get

The google URL initially was http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?um=1&hl=en&safe=off&sa=N&biw=2133&bih=1061&tbm=isch&tbnid=aVpJP3dLWTkPFM:&imgrefurl=http://www.johnrobertpowers.net/index.php/Details/SEATTLE.html&docid=PUD2BawUrdvLiM&imgurl=http://johnrobertpowers.net/Locpics2008/s.
The final URL used was johnrobertpowers.net/Locpics2008/success_mathias.jpg.
