If someone in a car gets busted for drugs, all of them are taken into custody.

Thats an IC Matter, because what if i am in a taxi and the guy runs people over. Should i get punished OOC'ly for what he did if i did not promote him to do that?

You wouldn't get arrested for that in real life or IG either.
