Its sole purpose is to take up massive space, not used for RP unless your doing MingeRP, which gets no points, and it cannot be used for building as it violates the rules on wall size and it is impossible to use in general.
I could find a couple ways to use it actually,
Wall in Cubs/Flea without having a blocked off area and stuff like that.

No we are reading it, it just isn't needed. If someone of 10 hours abuses it and gets Perma'd, that's one less Minge to deal with. Also, what stops them from using something else? I don't think they are that picky.
*Edit* On the wall size, that only applies to external walls, nothing to do with base size. When implemented into a base, it can save props and cause less lag.

As this suggestion is rather old, alot of big props got banned already.
Also I banned some really big rail props just now.
