Exactly, another example is: if you go to your content menu in the extention's, if you check (Click) on the Zombie Panic source icon, you will download the content when you turn of Gmod, but that only count for game's that is free (HL2 Mod's, TF2, etc). And you need to buy the game before you can use it's content (Unless you find indivudual content pack's in the Toybox, on Garrysmod.org or on any other content sharing website).
