If some cars couldn't it would be good. Then it would make different vehicles more unique like the merc g wagon could get up were the Trabant won't.

I haven't had time to test all vehicles, but minor handling changes can be made to allow certain, necessary vehicles to get up the hill

I haven't had time to test all vehicles, but minor handling changes can be made to allow certain, necessary vehicles to get up the hill
Modifications can be done to the vehicles handling to help with that or even a script to make it have more torque on that road.
