Which staff member would you rather demote, and why?

As stated in another thread, I think all staff members are great in their own way.
Some have had ups and downs with their role, but I believe giving people a chance to prove themselves is better than demoting them.
But since this is an AMA and I need to be honest, I can honestly say that I can't decide on a current point of view, because the few times I'm online I don't see anything from an admin that would make me consider demoting them. 

Naming past situations will make me borderline disobey my guidelines as a staff member, since it can be considered a form of leaking.
