Users were found guilty of taking an officer hostage in public and executing him without a valid reason.
If your friend gets arrested, you should not kill the officer that arrested him. In this case, it was not a hitman style of roleplay, so killing the officer was not needed. Also, the hostage-taking was done right on the main street, which is a public area.
The best way to handle this situation would have been to threaten or scare the officer instead of killing him and taking him hostage on the main street.
Sem and Lil_8ken were mainly involved in the situation as they were the ones to shoot the officer.
Though it Cho Cho should not have taken part in the hostaging of the officer, even though he did not tie him up or shoot him.
Also, I will take a look at the other users who posted in this report without being involved in the case itself.
