Title of Suggestion: Reduce Chainsaw Audio Range
Description
The Chainsaw can be heard from halfway across the city, which is unbelievably annoying.
Why?
The Chainsaw can be heard from 3000 units away, that's almost half the length of the city and slightly shorter than the distance of Pearl Plaza to the Police Station, this needs to be changed to something more appropriate like 300 units to save my precious precious ears.

+Support, The chainsaw sound is almost unbearable to my ears and the audio range is so big that it forces me to leave the entire area where one is being used.
