Car Sounds [Not a suggestion] - GunFISH - 01-21-2012
As the topic says this is not a suggestion but I was not sure where to put this so any moderator that feels it should be put into some other forum please just move it.
Some people know that I have custom car sounds insted of the boring standard buggy sounds and I've uploaded these now and will give you all a link so you can do this yourself if you so want to.

First of you should download the files from the link provided below, after that you should unpack the .rar file which is done with winRAR or 7zip, please use Google to search for one or the other if you do not have either of the programs.
Now you should be left with a folder called "v8" if you're just left with a bunch of sound files please create a folder named v8 and place these files in that folder.
Move the folder to "Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\sound\vehicles"
and you should be done, if you're missing any of the folders for example "vehicles" just create it and place the folder in it.
I hope you'll enjoy these sounds for the cars and yes all these sounds apply to all the cars. So the trabant does sound somewhat silly but I think that it's worth it.

It's the sound a turbo charger makes and it fits the BMW really nicely, anyway noone is forced to use this, just had a request to put this up so I did.
