Allow the wheel tool - Luna - 08-10-2018
Description: Allow normal users to be able to use the wheel tool.
Why: Because the have the motor tool and basically create our own wheels, just without the option on picking what wheel we want.

It would be so much easier to create contrapitions with this. Also, people can just use motor tool for Vehicles. This just makes everything a lot easier

Not a good one, motor tool seems to break if you rotate it 90° past where it was spawned. So you basically can't turn and that's why you don't see any playermade vehicles yet.

Lol, they are just nubulars. I have a working vehicle in my dupes. And plenty of others have one too.
