Okay basically:
You have to ban the person above you for whatever reason.
Any reason at all.
Le Example:
Soulripper is banned due to running Fearless on a potato.

evilmat360 is banned for having a username which includes the word 'evil' this is very explicit and promotes aggresive RP as well as being associated with the devil. Furthermore, his username includes the numbers '360'; and what is 360+60, that's right 420, drug lord confirmed. We do not tolerate satanic druglords here. User sanctioned for life-time. If you think you were banned unfairly you may NOT make an appeal because we do not forgive Satan's followers.
