Title of Bug: Stamina loss in vehicle.

Description:
While in a vehicle, if you hold the 'SHIFT' key, your stamina decreases.

I just checked if it was still working, and for me it seems to have been fixed because I ain't losing stamina anymore.

it also happens when you are on a chair or seated on something else (/sit).
