Cannot manage my Dupes [Reasons?]

So I was building with AssassinHero the other day on the build server, for our RP, but when I was going to transfer the dupe to the other server, it says "Could not connect to 176.31.228.8 on port 21.No Dupes Found."
I hope there is a solution to this problem.

Could not connect to 176.31.228.8 on port 21
This means that the webserver is (refused)/cant (a) connect(ion) to the gameservers, there is nothing you can do about this and only soul or possibly temar/BSOD can reopen this connection. My theory is that either 1) The IP adress of the webserver is blocked on the gameserver firewall (after the hacker attack, soul forgot to re add the IP) or 2) port 21 is the wrong port and doesnt lead anywhere (relevant server was moved from 21 to somewhere else) No Dupes Found Because it cant cant connect to the gameserver host, it cant find any dupes |
