Summary: Karambit had been minging by propclimbing, rdming etc. I managed to go into the city and record some evidence of his behaviour. With my evidence he should be blatantly found of; Swearing in OOC, NLR (He was demoted and came back for revenge), Attempted RDM (He did rdm us both but I stopped recording), Randomly Handcuffing me after the president told me to come and sell him food. Sorry for the video quality, I hadn't changed my settings yet.
