I bought the donator statues just today (like 15min) ago and i did not get the money or the statues.

Yeah you should PM SoulRipper. He will manually handle your donation for you, I guess he'll either respond to this or you can message him through the forum.

Just send your SteamID and TransationID and Soul can sort that for you.

Go to Paypal and click on the transaction a lot of details will pop up
one of those is the transaction code.
I am having the same issue. I just donated and didnt receive the donator status, have been waiting for some time now.

There was a small problem with the donate page, I've fixed the bug causing it.
I've manually given the packages. Please let me know if it works.
