Summary: I was cdmed by a police officer that either is a bad driver, or decided to purposefully ram me into a bank machine. The officer then failed to stop for me, and drove off after stopping and I presume acknowledging that he had just ran a citizen over.

The user in question was not found in breach of the rules. However these actions will be noted.
No punishment will be instated as there is no reference to any rules broken
