I join and it downloads stuff, I just want to see the guns in FP.

This happened to me, I solved it quickly by installing all the FA:S.
Also, go into your GMOD options > Multiplayer > And select "Allot all custom files from the server".
Thats how I solved my errors with the new weapons.
