Headset wont work. - Labrador - 12-30-2014
Okay so, I try to speak in a middle tone and soon it wont hear it, I shout and it picks up something but only little.
I'd like help please.

Turtle beach have always been a pain in the arse, I believe...
Try to file a ticket or something to turtle beach and they'll surely help you out friend

Go to audio recording devices and see if it is just adjusted low, check also if you have an interface on your cable that the mic volume is not somehow set down

Like voluptious said, try to increase the audio input in your pc's control panel. if this doesnt work i recommend deleting the software of the mic in the control panel because the installation proces might have gone wrong. After removing the software just plug the microphone in and out and it should reinstall on its own.

Turtle beach havent released drivers for it, So... yeah.
