Well, I am banned right now, But if i donated while i am banned, And my ban time is over and i joined will I get the Money packs and premium?

Yes you will still receive what you donate for.

Donation time runs off of dates, meaning that if you donate on the 1.1.2015 it lasts for 3 months, whether you play or not. The money packs get added instantaneously to your account, whether you can access the servers or not.
