Reason why you should be unblacklisted: When We were doing our Warrant I was Told by (Forgot Name) TO kill ALL Rebels during it So I did as I was Told and we Were in the Search warrant where I found the "Victim" And I Quickly Killed him I never Knew He was AFK and thought he may of had the hostage Thats Why I sprinted through So I feel I should atleast Get a Warning! And Unblacklisted and I will Apoligoise! So Please Unblacklist me

Why did you kill an unarmed rebel? He clearly didn't pose a threat, so you didn't have a valid reason for killing him.

you should of detained / arrested him, there was no reason at all to kill him
