Just out of curiosity:
I saw the banpage and i noticed that there are a lot of "banned by steamID" bans lately. Now it may sound pretty dumb, but what does that mean?

Well, usually it gives a reason too. Not sure if it's a new thing added or just a bug.

"Banned by SteamID" used to be filled in where the name is supposed to be put whenever someone would be banned by their SteamID, however I think it was somewhere in 2012 that this was changed and the name would actually show even if the person was banned by their SteamID, not sure why it's back though, I don't think it's supposed to be like this.
EDIT: no-one is being banned by this, when you click on the steam thing you don't go to a profile so it's just something that needs a fix.

Its the Random links that hack your SteamID's and Perma bans you.

No it is not. Them bans go through the ban config and not the ban system.
